MHZS120 Concrete Plant for the Philippines

The customer already owned two smaller batching plants supplied by the company. As its project workload increased, it considered a larger ready-mix facility for its own new projects and local concrete sales.

The customer requested 90 m³/h output. The site was close to an airport and subject to a plant-height restriction. Future relocation was also a consideration.

The customer needed multiple concrete grades, automatic control and convenient production management.

The supplied case describes a customized MHZS120 foundation-free plant with an aggregate waiting hopper. A 100 t horizontal cement silo addressed the height constraint.

Four aggregate bins use independent weighing, with separate water, cement and additive weighing. The proposed automatic control system includes a computer and printer.

The client material describes automatic measurement, feeding, mixing and discharge, customizable production displays and delivery tickets, and reporting and data-storage functions.

Both L-shaped and I-shaped layouts were offered. The customer selected the I-shaped layout to make use of the available space.

The foundation-free design is described in the client material as requiring hardened ground without embedded foundation reinforcement. Final site engineering and installation drawings are not included in this source.

The configuration also includes a monitoring system and high-definition infrared night-vision network cameras so the operator can view equipment operating conditions.
